ACE HOTEL LONDON PRESENTS PIT POP-UP BBQ
We are excited to announce a rooftop female-lead BBQ collaboration between the East London institution Ace Hotel and independent live fire cooking title, Pit magazine.
The collaboration will take the form of a series of BBQ events on Ace Hotel’s rooftop led by a stellar line-up of female chefs. The guest chefs will be offering up cuisines from all around the world, with chef Elizabeth Haigh kicking off the series; as well as the Filipino inspired cooking of Mary San Pablo of Luto to the West Bengali flavours from Romy Gill.
Fresh from the grill, each guest chef will be serving a menu comprising of a classic meat, a meat specially selected by Pit and a vegan dish with a choice of two seasonings, each served alongside a salad and ‘slaw.
Bengali chef Romy Gill of Romy’s Kitchen will run the next event on Sunday 28th July. Followed by the final BBQ event in the series will take place 18th August with the talented Mary San Pablo of Luto.
Tickets cost £10 which will count towards your bill price, spaces are limited.
