#COOKFORSYRIA ANNOUNCES #BAKEFORSYRIA COOKBOOK

#CookForSyria is releasing a second cookbook ‘#BakeForSyria’, curated by renowned baker Lily Vanilli, on 20th June. The charity cookbook will bring together Syrian inspired baking and dessert recipes from some of the world’s best bakers and bakeries, and will be entirely not for profit, with all profits going to Unicef’s appeal for the children of Syria via Unicef Next Generation London.

The #BakeForSyria cookbook will include sweet and savoury bake recipes from Syrian families and refugees, and further modern recipes with Syrian-inspired twists from leading bakeries and chefs worldwide including: Nigel Slater, Helen Goh and Yotam Ottolenghi, Thomasina Miers and Deliciously Ella.

Now in its second year, #CookForSyria launched #BakeForSyria in 2017 in collaboration with Lily Vanilli and hosted two hugely successful charity bake-off events that year, taking over both Columbia Road and Old Spitalfields Market.

The #BakeForSyria cookbook will be available to purchase for £25 in the Unicef Market and major retailers across the nation (including Waterstones branches, selected bookshops and all the leading internet websites) and available to pre order from selected online vendors.
