BRISTOL YOUNG GUNS DINNER IN AID OF HOSPITALITY IN ACTION
The award-winning Jan Ostle (Wilsons), Josh Eggleton (The Pony & Trap) and Elliott Lidstone (Box-E) will be partnering this November for an exclusive dinner in aid of industry charity Hospitality Action. These three acclaimed chefs, named the Bristol Young Guns, are leading the South West culinary scene. On Monday 11th November, they will come together and host an exclusive dinner at Clevedon Hall in North Somerset.
The trio each have a distinct approach to their cooking but are all committed to sourcing from local suppliers and preparing elevated dishes inspired by the seasons.
The evening will begin with a selection of canapés and drinks, followed by each chef putting together a course. Elliott will be preparing the evening’s starter of Crispy polenta, wild mushrooms and pickled cauliflower, Jan will create the main course of Pheasant, and Josh will close the evening with a Bread and butter sharing pudding, glazed with honey and served with a salad of orchard seasonal fruit and cultured cream.
During the evening there will also be an auction and prize draw with the funds raised going towards helping those most in need across the UK hospitality industry. Tickets are priced at £95 per person or £900 for a table of 10.
