BRITISH WINE MAKER LUNCH AT KERRIDGE'S

For the month of March, Kerridge’s Bar & Grill, Tom Kerridge’s restaurant in Corinthia London, will be offering a special set lunch menu paired with Ridgeview Sparkling Wine, the British winemakers based in the South Downs, East Sussex.

Head Chef Nick Beardshaw has created a set menu that matches perfectly with the flavour notes of Ridgeview’s signature English Sparkling Cavendish, with dishes such as: Smoked chicken terrine with charred and pickled alliums; Ricotta dumplings with sautéed spring vegetables, Fennel pollen and Ridgeview butter sauce; and English sparkling wine and white grape trifle. (Dishes are subject to change depending on seasonality).

The award-winning Ridgeview has been at the forefront of crafting traditional method English sparkling wines since 1995, and was awarded International Winemaker of the Year at the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2019 and ranked number 36 in the Top 50 World’s Best Vineyards list.

The menu is priced at £39.50 for three courses and a glass of Ridgeview Sparkling Wine.
