CLAUDE BOSI LAUNCHES BRUNCH AT BIBENDUM
Claude Bosi has launched brunch at Bibendum! After taking over the reins in the kitchen earlier this year, Claude Bosi has now turned his attention to a new brunch menu available in the Michelin building’s downstairs Oyster Bar.
Dishes include new show-stoppers such as the Bibendum LBT (a lobster, bacon, onion & cheese toastie), and the Bibendum oyster omelette, and old classics such as Smoked trout with scrambled eggs.
To be enjoyed in the large tiled foyer or on the semi-al fresco terrace, there is also plenty of good coffee, juices and lighter options such as homemade granola and fruits; as well as fresh croissants and pain au chocolate from Hedone.
Available now, from 8am-12pm Monday-Friday
Saturday & Sunday 9am-5pm.
