CAROUSEL'S COLLABS ANNOUNCED

Home of the chef residency, Carousel in Marylebone, is celebrating the return of its acclaimed line-up of guest chef collaborations and workshops from May 17th.

Brothers Ollie and Ed Templeton have created a roster featuring some of the UK’s hottest chef talents (see below) who will each join the Carousel team for a stint in the kitchen:

• Alex Bond -18th-22nd May
• Joo Won - 25th May-5th June
• Jimmy's Fried Chicken - 10th-13th June
• John Javier -15th-19th June
• Jitin Joshi - 22nd June - 3rd July
• William Chilila - 6th July - 10th July
• Lee Westcott - 13th-17th July

Workshops are also back on the agenda, with classes on a number of 2021’s biggest trends, from foraging and zero waste cooking to pasta making and barbecuing masterclasses with the Carousel chefs.
