CAROUSEL FITZROVIA TO LAUNCH

We are delighted to announce launch of Carousel at its brand new home on Charlotte Street on 26th November.
Home of the chef residency and one of London’s most creative culinary hubs, Carousel is opening in Fitzrovia, with co-founders Ollie and Ed Templeton launching their first ever wine bar with an all-day menu of small plates and snacks.
The opening menu will include:
beef tartare toast, red pepper relish, radish
tempura maitake, mushroom broth, green mandarin
crisps, preserved tomato, Cantabrian anchovy
confit pumpkin, burrata, sage, black trumpet, sage
grilled mackerel flatbread, blood orange & herb salad
grilled pork collar, radish, honey mustard
purple sprouting broccoli, roasted garlic, walnut, pecorino
potato, pickled onion, empirical hot sauce
chocolate mousse, caramel, olive oil
deep fried apple pie, lemon thyme, caramel ice cream
Opening the line up of acclaimed chef residencies from 30th November is Carl Ishikazi, the genius behind Michelin-starred Stockholm institution Sushi Sho.
