INTRODUCING CASA BONAY, BARCELONA

We are delighted to be working with Casa Bonay in Barcelona. The independent hotel, housed in a neoclassical building in the Dreta de L’Eixample area of the city opened in early 2016.

In Casa Bonay, founders Inés Miró-Sans and Luis Rullán have brought together some of the city’s most innovative and like-minded creatives. The hotel, along with it’s restaurant, coffee shop, cocktail bar and rooftop is a representation of the Mediterranean culture and collaboration of the people that make up its many aspects.

Food is integral to the community culture at Casa Bonay. At restaurant Elephant Crocodile Monkey, head chef Estanislao Carenzo brings a new and innovative approach to the Barcelona dining scene. Hailing from Buenos Aires, Estanislao has travelled extensively around the globe and brings his wealth of culinary inspiration to the restaurant’s menu which has simplicity and flavour at it’s core.
