POP-UP CAFÉ OPENS
IN SEVEN DIALS
#CookForSyria has launched a pop-up café, take-away and bookshop on Monmouth Street, Seven Dials for the festive season. Situated in the heart of Seven Dials, the space has been generously provided by Shaftesbury, a Real Estate Investment Trust who invest exclusively in London’s West End. The #CookForSyria pop-up café offers mezze from Imad’s Syrian Kitchen and baked goods from Lily Vanilli and special guest bakers. Last minute Christmas shoppers can also pick up a copy of the #CookForSyria cookbook. The cafe is open daily from 10am until 7pm until Christmas Eve.
#CookForSyria, now in its second year, is an international fundraising initiative curated by award winning influencer Clerkenwell Boy, SUITCASE Magazine CEO and Founder Serena Guen, and Gemma Bell, founder of one of London’s leading restaurant PR agencies, in partnership with Unicef NEXTGeneration London. It aims to preserve and celebrate Syrian culture amid one of the largest humanitarian crises of our time and raise money to help Unicef protect Syrian children as they face the threat of another deadly cold winter.
