#COOKFORSYRIA THIS NOVEMBER

Created by influential instagrammer ClerkenwellBoy and SUITCASE Magazine's editor Serena Guen, #CookForSyria is a new nationwide fundraising initiative in aid of Unicef UK's NEXTGenLondon Children of Syria Fund.

Throughout November participating restaurants will add a Syrian-inspired twist to one of their signature dishes and donate £2 from every sale of the dish to #CookForSyria.

#CookForSyria is encouraging everyone to get involved, and the month-long campaign kicks off on 31st October with a charity dinner with a stellar line-up of chefs including Yotam Ottolenghi, Sami Tamimi, Fergus Henderson, Angela Hartnett, Jose Pizarro and Nuno Mendes.
