DINNER BY HESTON BLUMENTHAL - 2020 AT A GLANCE

The year 2020 marks the start of a new chapter at the two-Michelin-starred Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.

Now entering its tenth year, the restaurant is beginning one of the most exciting times in its history. The senior team, led by Group Head Chef Tom Allen, Head Chef Jonny Glass and Group General Manager Jonno Forbes, were all part of the launch of the restaurant a decade ago and they are now looking forward to a busy year reimagining gastronomic history with brand new menus and dishes to sit alongside the existing award-winning offering.

‘Jonny and Tom worked with me at the Fat Duck before helping with the creation and launch of Dinner by Heston at Mandarin Oriental. They’re both hugely talented chefs who share my passion for reimagining the food from our past and bringing it alive for our guests.

I am excited to continue working closely with them this year, creating and delivering lots of new edible stories to the tables at Dinner.’

Having enjoyed the success of its Last Supper in Pompeii menu which was created in conjunction with the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford, the team will next be celebrating their sister restaurant The Fat Duck’s 25th year anniversary with a six-course menu of classic dishes from the past two and half decades.
