We are excited to announce that we are now working with Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.

  

Dinner was inspired by chef Heston Blumenthal’s fascination with British historic gastronomy. Alongside Ashley Palmer-Watts, the two chefs have created a menu that takes those discoveries and fascinations into a new and constantly evolving modern dining experience. Example dishes include Spiced Squab Pigeon (c.1780) with onions, artichokes, ale and malt and Sambocade (c. 1390) goats milk cheesecake with elderflower & apple.

  

Overlooking Hyde Park, Dinner by Heston is presided over by Chef Director Ashley Palmer-Watts and has retained two Michelin stars since 2015. Since its opening in 2011 Dinner has frequently been cited as one of the world’s best restaurants and has received numerous awards.
