DISHOOM REACH 5 MILLION MEALS MILESTONE WITH THEIR CHARITY WORK

Dishoom, the Bombay-inspired café, have announced that they have reached a huge milestone with their charity work - donating 5 million meals to charity since they started their Meal for a Meal initiative with Magic Breakfast in London and Akshaya Patra in India. Dishoom started the initiative in 2015, and have since donated a meal to a child in need for every meal sold at Dishoom. The objective is to make sure no child starts their school day too hungry to learn.

Their work with Magic Breakfast is more than just a partnership - Dishoom held their annual Magic Breakfast takeover yesterday where they closed all Dishoom restaurants for the morning to hold a huge charity breakfast for over 500 Magic Breakfast school kids, including special tours of the kitchens and chef demo’s.
