DISHPATCH LAUNCHES SPRING MENU SERIES

We’re extremely pleased to announce that original finish-at-home meal kit specialists, Dishpatch, will be stepping into Spring with three brand new and exclusive delivery menus from Asma Khan, the legendary St. JOHN and cult eatery Goila Butter Chicken.


Coinciding with the release of her cookbook, Asma Khan’s exclusive menu will celebrate the regional complexities are richness of Indian food, while St. JOHN’s menu features never-before-eaten dishes - a true ode to spring. Finishing the lineup is the world-famous Goila Butter Chicken from Saransh Goila, with a menu centring around his viral Butter Chicken recipe along with sourdough naan breads and chutneys.


St. JOHN’s Spring Menu - launching 24th April
St. JOHN’s Spring menu is an ode to spring, and the bounty from longstanding relationships with the small-scale farmers and suppliers who are so integral to their cooking. Brown shrimp and white cabbage is a fresh and zingy staple of the St. JOHN repertoire, studded with sweet shrimp and pops of lilliput capers. It’s followed by Braised lamb and white beans; a shoulder of lamb slow-roasted to unctuous, giving perfection, surrounded by plump Brindisa butter beans, a herb-packed Green sauce and an ‘unapologetically garlicky’ Aioli. Chocolate mousse with brandied prunes finishes off a heavenly meal, with depth of flavour imparted by Pump Street Chocolate, topped with swollen and boozy prunes. St. JOHN’s expertly selected own-label wines are an optional add on, as are pots of the iconic St. JOHN Welsh Rarebit and St. JOHN Anchovy ‘gunge’, for snacks and nibbles well beyond dinner.

Saransh Goila’s Goila Butter Chicken - launching 1st May
From one of India’s best-loved chefs, Saransh Goila, the cult Mumbai brand’s menu will focus on the dish that gained them notoriety; the Butter Chicken. Lighter than your ‘usual’ butter chicken, Goila’s recipe is made to their secret, yet highly sought-after recipe, delivered via Dishpatch alongside pillowy Sourdough naan breads, Dal makhani, and an assortment of house chutneys and pickles.

Asma Khan’s Ammu Menu - launching 8th May
Coinciding with the launch of her first cookbook, Ammu, Asma Khan’s menu will celebrate the complexities, richness and regional variety of Indian food. The dishes bring warmth to any kitchen when you need something to share with family and friends - from Lamb Tomator Gosht, a Pakistani curry with jammy, spiced tomatoes, to saffron-infused Rogni roti. Inspired by the dishes within the pages of Ammu, the dishes are designed to nourish the body and feel the soul.
