DISHPATCH X OTK COOKBOOK
In celebration of the "Ottolenghi Test Kitchen: Shelf Love" book launch, the Ottolenghi gang have teamed up with meal-kit specialists, Dishpatch, to create the Shelf Love Mezze Celebration box. A one-off feast that provides a first taste preview of favourite recipes from the book. Pre-orders will be available from 19th September here, for first delivery on Friday 1st October.
The first 50 customers will receive a complimentary Ottolenghi Test Kitchen: Shelf Love cookbook with their Dishpatch menu.
The menu will feature:
Black lime lamb or Black lime mushroom skewers

Flatbreads
Green herb bagna cauda
Roasted aubergine, tomato, tahini
Smooshed carrots, coriander-pistachio pesto, pickled onions
Smoky marinated feta
Chaat masala chickpea, polenta chips

Muhallabieh with burnt honey orange syrup, kataifi and pistachio sugar
Ottolenghi Test Kitchen: Shelf Love by Noor Murad and Yotam Ottolenghi is all about cooking the Ottolenghi way, but always making it your own. They are both from the Middle East, and the Dishpatch menu very much reflects those familiar tastes and textures that they know and love, but aren’t what you’d necessarily expect as part of a typical ‘mezze’ experience.
