‘ELEPHANT CROCODILE MONKEY’ LAUNCHES NEW MODERN ASIAN MENU 

Elephant Crocodile Monkey, the restaurant at Barcelona’s independent hotel, Casa Bonay, is to launch a modern Asian menu from celebrated head chef Estanislao Carenzo in March this year. The new menu will focus on Southeast Asian cuisine, cooked with the best ingredients the Mediterranean has to offer.

Argentinian chef Estanislao has gained a reputation as one of the best chefs for Asian food in Spain, with his acclaimed restaurants Sudestada and Chifa in Madrid. Now at Casa Bonay, his new menu will combine his love of the cuisines of Thailand, Vietnam and Laos combined with his passion for Mediterranean ingredients and a Japanese approach to cooking, to create a unique, modern Asian menu.
