PASSIONE VINO ALL-FEMALE WINE BOX

To celebrate some of the exceptional female, Italian winemakers out there, the legendary Luca Dusi - brainchild of Passione Vino and supplier to many of London’s top restaurants - has created a brand new wine box dedicated to his favourite ones.

The ALL WOMEN BOX (£135) will include six bottles of natural wine including:

• Gavi Docg, La Raia (2018) - an excellent biodynamic wine made by Elena, which is dry but with gentle fruity notes
• Lugana Doc, Ca' Lojera (2019) - an expressive, intense wine from Ambra, who has transformed her humble farm on the shores of Lake Garda into one of the best wineries in the area.
• “Santa Chiara” IGP, Terre Nobili (2019) - by the charming Lidia Matera, who's small wine farm is located in the northern part of Calabria where the sunshine is baking hot. Made from Grecco grapes, it is tropical and juicy with a lovely, dry after taste.
• Evelyn Accadia has created a new wine line which blends two of the most well known grape varieties. Luca has selected the elegant “Kermes” Doc - Evelyn Accadia (2016) for the box.
• There is “Podere Della Filandra" Chianti DOCG, Buccianera (2019) - from Anna-Louisa, who strictly believes in organic only methods
• And finally “Vigna alla Sughera ” Toscana IGT, I Mandorli (2016) made by Magdalena. Her winery is fantastically close to the seaside, giving her wines a hint of saltiness.
