Goddard & Gibbs, a new British seafood restaurant, to open in Shoreditch in February 2022.

The informal all-day British seafood restaurant, wine bar and take-out hatch is the newest addition to the vibrant Shoreditch dining scene.

Inspired by the fishing villages and seaside towns along the East coast of England, Goddard & Gibbs will specialise in British seafood with a focus on ethical sourcing and local suppliers from around the country. Whether dropping in for fish and chips during the day, or catching up with friends at dinner, Goddard & Gibbs is set to become Shoreditch’s new go to destination for seafood.

Led by Head Chef Tom Moore, the restaurant will offer a menu that is open and accessible, with crowd pleasing classics and an extensive raw bar.

The Wine Bar sits at the front of the restaurant, overlooking Shoreditch High Street. The space is full of natural light thanks to new full height windows and will offer an easy, friendly place to wind down and enjoy a glass with friends. The wine list will feature modern, forward-thinking producers, alongside more celebrated regions, complemented by sharing plates.

The Hatch will feature fun takes on dishes that evoke childhood memories of trips to the seaside.

Goddard & Gibbs will be open every day for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
