GOILA BUTTER CHICKEN LAUNCHES MEAL KITS
We are so excited to announce the arrival of Chef Saransh Goila's world renowned Goila Butter Chicken to the UK in meal kit form, with nationwide delivery starting from Friday 19th February (available to pre-order now).
The cult dish gained notoriety in Mumbai where Saransh opened the first Goila Butter Chicken before word spread across the globe - he’s even judged contestants cooking butter chicken on MasterChef Australia!
He’s working with the very best ingredients and his exact 80:20 ratio of tomato to dairy (as opposed to 60:40) means it is far lighter and healthier than usual. Provenance is key: the wonderfully free range chickens are sourced from Herb Fed farm in Yorkshire, ensuring they have had a happy, well-fed life. The meal kit comes with Dal makhani, Sourdough naan, Pickled shallots, Coriander chutney and Jeera rice too.
