‘GCG’ was created by Misha Zelman and his partners with a vison of educating meat lovers on how to get the best from their favourite cuts and serving expertly sourced produce in comfortable environments. Each of the different brands have a unique and specialist approach, with a commitment to great quality produce at the centre.
Goodman Restaurants have been serving quality steak and wine in London for over a decade. A classic steakhouse with a modern approach; the focus is on experimental ageing of meats and elegant wine pairings. The restaurant is committed to serving the best cuts only from their suppliers and personalising service for each guest.
Beast is a steak and seafood restaurant nestled between Oxford Circus and Marylebone, offering diners a premium surf and turf experience. All produce is selected to match the exceptional standard of the live Norwegian King Crab that the restaurant heroes. Fishermen take to the rough North Sea off the coast of Bugøynes in Norway and bring the crabs to tanks on the shore ready to be shipped. Beast is the only London restaurant to import these gigantic crabs live, ensuring the best quality and flavour.
Zelman Meats offers up varied boards of often-overlooked cuts of meat for a vibrant dining experience that revolves around sharing food with friends. The Soho site opened in 2015 followed by their newer outpost on the 5th floor of Harvey Nichols in 2016.
