HAMPTON MANOR PARTNERS WITH NIKITA PATHAKJI FOR RESIDENCY
Grace & Savour, the award-winning immersive dining experience in Hampton Manor’s walled garden, is pleased to announce it will partner with MasterChef: The Professional’s winner, Nikita Pathakji, for her first solo residency this April.
Taking over the space for four nights, from 12-15 April, Pathakji will serve a five-course tasting menu heavily influenced by her love for travel and her experiences on the show, with plenty of Asian flavour combinations running through the dishes. Expect dishes such as Khao soi style chicken with mushroom tortellini, lime pickles, shallots and mustard greens. The menu is part of the Grace & Savour ‘Dine and Stay’ package, which starts from £345pp, based on two people sharing.
Of the residency, Pathakji said: "I'm so excited to focus on creating a full tasting menu for diners to enjoy. Having experienced the scrutiny of cooking for professionals, I'm really motivated by this different discipline — the one that made me want to be a chef in the first place — seeing the reaction on diners' faces when they enjoy my food."
To finish up the residency, Pathakji will cook alongside Chef Director of Hampton Manor and MasterChef: The Professionals' winner, Stu Deeley, and other MasterChef winner, Dan Lee, for a one-off lunch. Taking place on Sunday 15th April, the group has come together to curate a special menu, which celebrates Asian cuisine and its prominence in both their own lives and the West Midlands area.
Deeley of Hampton Manor notes of the collaboration: “We're really looking forward to welcoming Nikita to Hampton Manor. Cooking a finale lunch with both Dan and Nikita will be a lot of fun, and having three Masterchef: The Professionals winners on one service should make for a unique experience for guests.”
