HUMBLE CHICKEN LAUNCHES 19TH MAY

We're pleased to announce that Angelo Sato's debut restaurant, Humble Chicken will open on Frith Street on Wednesday 19th May.


The intimate yakitori bar is influenced by Angelo's Japanese heritage and is inspired by the traditional izakayas of Tokyo. At the core of Humble Chicken's ethos is 'comb to tail' cooking. Sato's interpretation of yakitori makes use of every part of the bird, from cartilage, and achilles to gizzards and even the knee.


A selection of small and large plates will also be on offer, inspired by favourite dishes, flavours and memories from Angelo's childhood. Small plates are designed to be paired with a list of carefully crafted cocktails, examples include Miso Foie Gras and Crispy Chicken Feet. Larger plates such as Claypot Rice with Crispy Chicken Leg are also supplemented with vegetarian and other non-chicken based options.
