IMAD'S SYRIAN KITCHEN

We’re thrilled to announce that Syrian chef, Imad Alarnab will open his first permanent restaurant, Imad’s Syrian Kitchen in Kingly Court in early November.

After a series of hugely successful charity events, massively popular supper clubs and lunchtime pop-ups and to coincide with his fifth year in the UK, Imad will bring a taste of his beloved Syrian cuisine to London’s Soho.

A successful restauranteur in Damascus, Imad and his family were forced to flee his country after his businesses were destroyed. Imad can’t wait to be back in his own restaurant serving the dishes he has become known for.

His famous falafel will be a staple in his selection of mezze as well as main and sharing dishes such as Fattet Macdous, crispy baby aubergine stuffed with lamb, topped with crunchy flatbread and a garlic cumin sauce and Hamsit Lahem, slow cooked marinated lamb shoulder; Anginaar, roasted artichoke, stuffed with vegetables.

Imad is looking for a final injection of £50,000 which he’ll be sourcing through crowdfunding.
