KOLAMBA AT HOME

Today independent Sri Lankan restaurant, Kolamba in Soho, will launch 'Kolamba At Home’ - a feasting box that gives people nationwide the chance to enjoy their bold and vibrant flavours in the comfort of home for the first time ever.

The feasting box will be lovingly pre-cooked by the restaurant chefs and then packaged in heat-at-home pouches. It will be possible to choose from either a Chicken or Vegan option that is for servings of 2 or 4.

Along with the popular Ceylon Chicken curry, the box will also be packed full with Dhal and Beetroot curry - both Sri Lankan classics - Green Bean and Coconut curry, fiery Pol Sambol (to turn up the heat for those who need more chilli), condiments such as Seeni Sambol and Date & Lime chutney and Basmati rice to cook at home (£40 for 2 / £75 for 4).

The colourful vegan option will feature Young Jackfruit curry, as well as signature Dhal, Beetroot curry, Green Bean and Coconut curry, Pol Sambol, Malay pickle, Date & Lime chutney and Basmati rice (£36 for 2 / £68 for 4).
