Choose Aunty Mo’s ‘Chatti’ Roast w/finely chopped beef, dry-fried with onions, green chilli and fresh tomato served on a string hopper; Ceylon Chicken Curry cooked on the bone, with sharp tangy tamarind; Parripu (dhal) cooked in coconut milk and turmeric and finished with tempered spices; and a few bottles of chilled local Lion lager.
