KOYA LAUNCHES IN THE CITY THIS NOVEMBER
We’re delighted to announce that John Devitt and Shuko Oda will be opening their second Koya site at the new Bloomberg Arcade development in the City in late November. The new 60-seater udon noodle bar will focus on traditional and simple Japanese dishes served all day, beginning with a traditional and contemporary Japanese breakfast with dishes such as their signature English Breakfast Udon with egg, bacon and shitaki.
The lunch and dinner menu will feature Koya favourites such as their Kinoko Hot Udon with mushrooms and walnut miso and brand new dishes including Tonkatsu – breaded aged pork loin with cabbage and fruit miso sauce. In keeping with the tradition of Koya, chef Shuko will develop a daily blackboard specials menu at Koya in the City, offering seasonal dishes which continue to broaden the perspective of Japanese cuisine.
