LIGHTER SET LUNCH AT KERRIDGE'S BAR & GRILL
Kerridge’s Bar & Grill is offering a new healthy set lunch menu for the month of January. The dishes have been inspired by Tom Kerridge’s latest book, Lose Weight & Get Fit, which is full of recipes that are generous, flavour-packed and nutritious while being low in calories.
Head Chef Nick Beardshaw has taken the recipes from the new book and given them the signature Kerridge’s twist, using the best available produce to create a guilt-free menu to suit all tastes. The menu in its entirety comes in at under 1000 calories, ensuring that those eating lighter for January don’t have to miss out on an excellent dining experience.

Tom says, “Going to a restaurant like Kerridge’s is a treat, so you can indulge in the dishes with a bit more butter or cream. However, I understand more than anyone what it’s like to be on a strict eating regime, so that’s why we’ve created this menu that is packed full of flavour but not the calories.”
The restaurant will continue to offer its Sunday Set Menu as well as the Classics menu, a celebration of favourite dishes from across all of Tom’s sites.
