World’s Best Bar and Best International Hotel Bar, Lyaness brings pioneering cocktails, ultra-stylish decor and a buzzing energy to Sea Containers London. The bar's latest menu, The Ancestral Cookbook, is driven by innovative ingredients rather than focused on classic cocktail types, allowing the team to apply a chef’s approach to flavours and drinks.

The 15-serve menu is split into five key themes that are universal to ancestral history. Nature vs. Nurture and the relationship between these two forces; Circularity and the habit of repetition over histories; Taught History, the passing on of knowledge to the next generation, whilst exploring the misinterpretation that differing points of view can create; Ceremony, and the products of the weird and wonderful ways humans connect; and Extreme Conditions, exploring the often-incredible impact these can have on behaviour and innovation.
