VEGETARIAN WEEK AT MERCHANTS TAVERN
Merchants Tavern, the Shoreditch restaurant from Angela Hartnett and head chef Neil Borthwick, will celebrate Vegetarian Week (15th - 21st May) with a special Vegetarian Tasting Menu.
Served at the restaurant’s Kitchen Counter, the Vegetarian Week tasting menu from chef Neil Borthwick will showcase the best seasonal vegetables in European influenced dishes such as:
Salt baked lightly smoked celeriac, hazelnut pesto, mustard greens & raisin puree
All of spring’s vegetables, lovage oil & sorrel
Brittany artichoke barigoule, dried black olive & radishes
Guests can enjoy a three, five or seven course tasting menu (priced at £28.50, £42 and £60 respectively) with the option of additional wine pairing.
On Sunday 21st Merchants Tavern will also be offering a Vegetarian Sunday Roast as part of their regular set lunch menu.
