In October 2015, Amandine Chaignot took the culinary helm Rosewood London with her new menu for the Mirror Room. Amandine pairs her French training with a love for nature, seasonality and exceptional ingredients from producers across Britain and France, to create an imaginative menu for the Mirror Room, entitled ‘Woodland’, reflective of the winter harvest.
