ALAN YAU TO OPEN MOZZASANDO IN KENSINGTON NEXT YEAR

Alan Yau in collaboration with Obicà, the mozzarella bar specialists, is to create a Mozzarella Milanese Katsu Sando shop in South Kensington, launching on 20th January 2020. Mozzasando will serve hybrid Italian-Japanese “sandos” with accompanying sides, and cocktails, all available for takeaway in specially designed packaging.

   

The development of the Mozzasando is centered around a Milanese, including both the classic version of breaded veal, and the modern version of breaded chicken. These Japanese-inspired  sandos will be served with french fries and optional chilli fries with beef ragu and 'nduja sauce.

 

The sandos will be available for takeaway or to eat-in, with the average price of a sando at £7.50, and diners can sip negronis on tap whilst they wait.
