MURANO'S LIMITED EDITION AUGUST SUMMER MENU
Angela Hartnett’s Michelin starred Mayfair restaurant Murano has launched their limited edition August summer menu.
The new menu will be the only menu available at the restaurant for the month of August, and aims to give guests the Michelin-star Murano experience at an excellent price, with some world-class additions to the wine list. Perfect for lazy summer lunches or special suppers in the city, the menu has been created by head chef Emily Brightman, with a focus on exceptional produce and seasonality.
Murano has worked with its brilliant suppliers to create a menu featuring dishes such as:
BBQ quail, cherry, duck liver, charred sweetcorn
John Dory, razor clams, almonds, taggiasca olives with fish
Mascarpone parfait, strawberry & lemon verbena
Available as three courses, it is priced at £45 for lunch and £55 for dinner, including a Murano Summer Spritz. Murano’s sommelier has also chosen 20 stellar wine options, many of which will be available by the glass, changing throughout the month.
