MURANO'S JANUARY MENU

Following the success of their limited edition summer menu, Angela Hartnett's Michelin-starred Murano has put together a special winter edition, to run as the sole menu throughout January.

The new menu offers the Murano experience at an excellent price, with some world-class additions to the wine list. Perfectly suited to chilly January days, head chef Em Brightman has created a menu with fresh, seasonal flavours with elements of indulgence, to keep the January blues at bay.

The menu includes:

Wild boar pappardelle

Tortellini in brodo

BBQ celeriac, celery, truffle

Brill, carrot, buttermilk, fennel & Pernod velouté

Available as three courses, it is priced at £45 for lunch and £55 for dinner, including a Murano Winter cocktail. The special menu offers as much variety as the usual al a carte and Murano's sommelier has also chosen some exciting wine options, many of which will be available by the glass, changing throughout the month.
