Nurture is a new book by Carole Bamford, the founder of Daylesford Organic Farmshops and Bamford, due to be released on 3rd May 2018.
Told from Carole’s perspective, Nurture takes the reader behind the scenes of one of the most sustainable farms in the UK. From organic farming to traditional values, holistic health, recipes and wellbeing, the book covers the full spectrum of life at the farm in over 300 pages complete with stunning photography.
Throughout the book, the author speaks of the importance of valuing the land we live off, of taking responsibility for the long-term health of our planet, how important it is to feed our families well and nourish our body, minds and spirits along the way. It covers seasonal recipes, inspiration for entertaining, mindfulness, wellness tonics and artisanal craftsmanship. The book also pays tribute to the team of people who have worked with Carole over the past 40 years, helping to turn her original vision in to the sustainable way of life that governs Daylesford Farm today.
Nurture will be published in hardback by Square Peg, an imprint of Vintage, Penguin Random House, at £35.
