OTTOLENGHI CELEBRATES CHRISTMAS
To celebrate Christmas 2016, Ottolenghi has launched its very own Christmas Pudding, full of traditional ingredients and enhanced with evocative Ottolenghi zest.
''What makes a Christmas pudding an Ottolenghi pudding? We enhanced a wonderful traditional recipe (our Sarah's grandma's, as a matter of fact) with some of our absolute favourite ingredients: Lebanese arak, juicy dates, orange blossom, orange rind, aniseeds and lots of ginger. The result is a perfect balance of the familiar and the exotic. The puddings are fruity, moist, squidgy, boozy, spicy, citrusy and super aromatic. Or, in short, totally amazing.’’ - Yotam Ottolenghi
The Christmas pudding is available to buy directly from the online store here and can be delivered in time for Christmas nationwide, as well as internationally.
