OTTOLENGHI LAUNCHES BRUNCH KITS AND SUPPER BOXES

From Friday 6th November, the Ottolenghi family will launch a variety of dining in options that will provide solutions for those looking for easy week night fixes, leisurely weekend brunches and restaurant quality suppers. These will range from Shakshuka and Ottolenghi Ready Kits, to classic dinner boxes from NOPI and ROVI.


Signature NOPI and ROVI menus will feature the Twice cooked chicken with master stock, chilli sauce and lemon myrtle salt which will come with sticky rice wrapped in banana leaf and a smashed cucumber salad (£44 for two). From ROVI, head chef Neil Campbell, has developed a way of bringing his much-loved Celeriac shawarma to those at home (£38 for two).


Ottolenghi will also be introducing Shakshuka kits that will include an Ottolenghi Ready Shakshuka sauce, freshly squeezed orange juice, labneh, coriander cress, focaccia and Clarence Court eggs (£25.50).


The final addition to their brand new offering will be a relaxed and nutritious Ottolenghi Ready Kit, which will include two Ottolenghi Ready meals, which can be individually chosen, two Ottolenghi Ready pre-cooked Basmati rice with lemon and cardamom and two daily changing salads, such as Roasted aubergine with green harissa tahini, preserved lemon, fine herbs and salted broad beans (£32.50).
