OTTOLENGHI READY
Ottolenghi is unveiling his new, long shelf life ‘Ottolenghi Ready’ meals today, Friday 24th July, with six recipes that are available to order online for delivery or by collection from the Notting Hill and Islington stores now, and soon to launch nationwide.
‘Ottolenghi Ready’ have been produced using ground-breaking MAP (modified atmosphere packaging), a method of extending the shelf life of foods naturally and without the use of preservatives, simply by removing oxygen. For this, the team have created a new unit at their arches in Camden where the kitchen is specially adapted, so the six meals have a shelf life of 10 days.
The recipes have been adapted from the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen, the cookbooks, Ottolenghi’s Guardian column, as well as some newly developed dishes. Healthy, wholesome and veg-heavy, they can all be enjoyed just by heating in a saucepan.

Braised spinach and herbs with paneer and lime (serves 1-2) £8.95

Chicken soup with Mafalda pasta and Grana Padano (serves 1) £9.95
Spiced lamb ragu with harissa, apricots and green olives (serves 2) £9.95
