Zelman Meats in Soho is launching a limited time dish for Pancake Day only. Hickory smoked short rib in the signature Zelman Meats sauce, sitting atop a stack of American style pancakes, drizzled with Canadian maple syrup. True pancake decadence. And…only pay for the short rib (£7.00 per 100g).

Hoi Polloi at Ace Hotel Shoreditch is going all out this year with a tick box menu card, allowing you to create your dream pancake. Choose as much as you like from seven delicious fillings, five luscious sauces and eight extravagant extras from sweet flavours like Toffee Caramel and Chantilly to the savoury Bacon Dust, Available all day 25th.

The Pilgrm hotel is offering two helpings in one of their American-style pancakes for Shrove Tuesday only. Anyone ordering pancakes on 25th February can double up for free with a generous plate of fluffy American-style pancakes, served with organic maple syrup, stewed seasonal berries and a dollop of clotted cream. The pancakes are available in the hotel’s relaxed, all-day restaurant, The Lounge, every day until 3pm.

Ozone’s new eatery in Bethnal Green is serving a Gluten-free pancake with toffee banana, coconut yoghurt, roast white chocolate & mint on the all-day brunch menu (served 8am-4pm).

The Dutch baby pancake at Ottolenghi Spitalfields changes seasonally and is currently being served with orange, caramel, macadamia, plum compote and orange yoghurt on the breakfast menu.
