PENSONS GUEST CHEF DINNER WITH SIMON ROGAN AND TOM PHILLIPS

Pensons and Head Chef Lee Westcott are delighted to welcome guest chefs Simon Rogan, Chef and owner of two-Michelin-starred L’Enclume in Cumbria and Michelin-starred Roganic in London, and Tom Phillips, Head Chef at one-Michelin-starred Restaurant Story in London, for a seven-course dinner on Wednesday 25th September with all profits going to culinary academy, Bocuse d’Or UK.

 

In keeping with the values of all three chefs, they will be serving a line-up of innovative, unique dishes that showcase the highest quality seasonal produce sourced from the surrounding Netherwood Estate and the local area.

 

The menu will also include wine pairings, carefully put together by renowned London wine merchants, Justerini & Brooks and David Durack, Pensons Restaurant General Manager, and designed to complement each course.

  

All profits from the evening will go to the Bocuse d’Or UK Academy, the not for profit organisation of which Simon Rogan is UK President, dedicated to supporting the UK team in the world's most prestigious culinary competition.

 

The evening will be the first of a brand-new guest chef series at Pensons, with the next collaboration to be announced in due course. Tickets for the dinner are £180, including seven courses and a matching wine pairing. Tickets are available at www.pensons.co.uk/guestchefs.
