PUMP STREET BAKERY’S NEW COFFEE AND CHOCOLATE SERIES

Pump Street Bakery, the family-owned bakery and bean-to-bar chocolate maker in Suffolk have created a brand new chocolate series - Coffee and Chocolate. The first bars in this series will be blended with Monmouth Coffee.
This Indonesian coffee was chosen as first in the series due to its impeccable sourcing and its remarkable ability to harmonise with their Bachelor's Hall cocoa from St. Thomas, Jamaica. There will be two varieties – one milk bar (58%) and one dark bar (68%).
