CHRISTMAS AT PUMP STREET
Award-winning bakers and chocolate makers, Pump Street have been preparing for months for the festive season, with their own recipe mincemeat now settled in and Santas moulded and assembled. The Christmas season has led Pump Street to develop and add new chocolate bars to their collection. The Christmas Box included four bars abundant with seasonal flavours - Panettone, Gingerbread, Nutmeg and Eccles.
As well as new chocolate bars, it has been the year of the Panettone, Pump Street have made more than ever before, while maintaining the same considered method and same, light, scented crumb. There a few left on their online shop and one final batch will be made next week and sold in their shop in Orford. The Pump Street Bakery Panettone is made in the traditional Italian way, sprinkled with sugar and coated with almonds, and boxed up in a custom-made brown box with a burgundy bow.
Also available are Pump Street Chocolate Mini Bars to be enjoyed as a single portion, varieties available are Ecuador 85%, Jamaica 75%, Madagascar Milk 58% and Sourdough & Sea Salt 66%. Pump Street is also offering their Rare Batch Subscription, a hand-pacakged box of Rare Batch chocolate sent every two months.
