CREATE YOUR OWN: QUILOMBERO’S PANETTONE SOUR

Get in the festive spirit by mixing your own Panettone Sour cocktail, created by Bar Manager Coco Bayley at Quilombero:


Ingredients:


35ml Panettone Spiced Rum

(Clove, Almonds, Raisins, Star Anise, Orange Peel)


20ml Lemon Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

15ml Cherry Heering Liqueur

1 Egg White

50ml Whipped Birra Moretti (whipped with a cappucino frother/Aerolatte)


1 Glacé Cherry

Juice from a jar of Fabbri Amarena Cherries

Twist of an orange


Method:


1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail mixer and shake


2. Strain over fresh ice in a tumbler and top with 50ml whipped Birra Moretti


3. Garnish with a glacé cherry, an orange twist and juice from a Fabbri Amarena cherry jar to flavour
