TOM KERRIDGE PARTNERS WITH DISHPATCH
Fancy some grub from a Michelin starred chef in the comfort of your own home? Dishpatch has got you covered as they announce their latest partnership with The Coach by Tom Kerridge, delivering a menu of elevated classics to kitchens across the nation – from Cornwall to Carlisle.
Over an illustrious 30-year career, Tom has been a stalwart on British television screens and in recipe books. Heading up The Hand and Flowers, the only UK pub with two Michelin stars, alongside several other much-loved restaurants, Tom has been a pioneering figure in defining and elevating British cuisine. Now, straight from the kitchens of his second Michelin pub, The Coach, located in the riverside town of Marlow, Dishpatch will officially launch Tom’s Spring menu (£80) on 20th February.
Tom’s menu is filled with comforting, familiar dishes to help perk up even the dullest of Spring evenings; from the Truffled Tunworth Gougères savoury snack, right down to the Date & Toffee Pudding dessert. For the mains, diners can choose from a centrepiece of Ale-braised Short Rib served up with English Mustard Mash, or nostalgic Lamb Shank Shepherd’s Pie with Curried Mash – each a carefully crafted love letter to British food.
‘I’m extremely proud to be working with Dishpatch to deliver a taste of my cooking from The Coach to the nation. For me, seasonal produce is what makes British cooking so special, and we’ve worked hard on the menu to ensure that seasonality is at its core. It’s food from the heart; warming dishes that showcase the best of what the country has to offer.’ Tom says.
The Coach by Tom Kerridge menu will be available to order from Sunday 20th February for delivery every Friday starting 4th March. Find the full menu below:
