ROUX AT THE LANDAU TO OFFICIALLY REOPEN 19TH APRIL

Roux at the Landau, the restaurant by Michel Roux Jr. at The Langham, London has announced it will officially reopen on Friday 19th April, after closing for renovation in January.

The new Roux at The Landau will reframe the ways in which their customers are able to experience the world of fine dining. The redesign, carried out by David Collins Studio, will symbolise this innovation; most notably a striking counter-top bar in the centre of the dining room.

The new menu devised by Chef Nicolas Pasquier will offer simple, yet refined dishes created with classic French cooking techniques. Provenance of ingredients will be at the forefront, with only the very best produce sourced; from master cheesemakers Androuet; artisan Italian food company Vallebona; Cornish fisherman Flying Fish Seafoods; and Scottish smokehouse Campbell’s and Co, to name but a few.

The counter will have displays of charcuterie and shellfish to be enjoyed as starters or a light meal, as well as a selection of ‘Snacks’ such as La Latteria’s 'fior de latte’ burrata with beetroot tartare and shiso and San Daniele Prosciutto ‘grissini' with Kalamata olive.

The new menu will also feature a vastly extended wine list, offering precisely 525 varieties of both New and Old World wines, available in its entirety by the glass.
