ROVI ANNOUNCES OPENING DATE

ROVI, the new restaurant from Ottolenghi in Fitzrovia, will open on 21st June 2018. Reservations are now live and guests can book by emailing contact@rovirestaurant.com.
ROVI’s menu will have vegetables at its heart but with a fresh focus on fermentation and cooking over fire, with dishes such as: Braised and smoked carrots with puffed black barley and pickled herbs and Confit mussels with hay-smoked potatoes and cascabel oil. Ingredients will be sourced from trusted suppliers and many dishes will be available in different sizes, offering diners more flexibility and choice. Guests will also be able to enjoy a vibrant bar with cocktails based on seasonal spices and a dynamic low-intervention wine list.
