SABOR LAUNCHES A NEW COCKTAIL LIST
SABOR, the restaurant, bar and ode to Spain from Michelin starred chef Nieves Barragan and business partner José Etura is, for the first time, launching a cocktail list which is inspired by Spanish ingredients, including five new drinks to sit alongside their celebrated Sangria on tap.
The drinks lists includes naturally lower ABV cocktails and have each been built around quality Spanish ingredients, from oranges and almonds to paprika and Padron peppers. Alongside the much-loved Sabor Sangria, there will be creative takes on the classic Negroni and Bloody Mary, both using Fino Sherry in place of the typical spirits. Sabor has also specially produced in house Sabor’s Pimientos De Padrón Gin, a Padron pepper infused gin which is used in the Sabor-style G&T.

Fino Sherry, Victory Bitter & Lustau Vermouth
Piquillo Bloody Mary
Fino Sherry, Paprika, Piquillo Pepper, Lemon & Tomato
Sabor’s Pimientos De Padrón Gin
Sabor’s Pimientos de Padron Gin, Tonic, Lime
Red Wine, Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice, Lemon Juice,
Spanish Brandy, Manzanilla, Braeburn Apple
