SABOR TO REOPEN WITH NEW DISHES, NEW DINING ROOM AND NEW MEAL KITS

Nieves Barragan Mohacho and Jose Etura will re-open Sabor on Friday 4th September!

The upstairs El Asador space has been redesigned to better reflect the style of food offering within this area and to allow for all-important social distancing measures to be put in place.

New dishes include:

Orzo, Crisp Fry Lamb Sweetbreads at the Counter

Ox Tail Sandwich with Mustard Aioli in El Asador

Born out of lockdown, but very much now a permanent extension of the restaurant itself, Sabor en Casa will expand its meal-kits offering. An brand new Barbacoa Box, £65 will include Nieves’ take on a Hamburguesa, served with Mojo rojo and Papoyo cheese and Sabor’s signature Pincho Moruno (Iberian Pork fillet). Customers will also have the option option to build their own Tapas menu.
