SALLY CLARKE TO LAUNCH COOKBOOK

We are delighted to announce Sally Clarke will be publishing a new book for novice cooks, ‘First Put on Your Apron,’ on Thursday 2nd September.

The inspiration for ‘First Put on Your Apron’ originally came from years of teaching her son, Samuel, the joys of wholesome, culinary exploration, both at home and during treasured holidays in France and Italy. It was Sally's wish to create a ‘little manual’ to equip him to not only fend for himself, but also to keep body and soul together when he went to University.

The cookbook’s focus has since evolved to guide an even more broad audience – be it a young person leaving home for the first time, or a hard working individual who has spent their life pinned next to their career. Or perhaps a partner or spouse who suddenly finds themselves alone after a lifetime of being supported in the kitchen.
