FORMER OTTOLENGHI HEAD CHEF TO OPEN SOLO VENTURE, SCULLY
We are very excited to announce the opening of Scully, the first solo venture from previous head chef of Ottolenghi’s beloved NOPI restaurant, Ramael Scully.
Opening in St James’s Market in the new year, Scully’s menu is built around seasonal, sustainably-sourced ingredients from the British Isles alongside spices, herbs and flavours reflective of the chef’s layered heritage. Scully’s love of preserving, pickling and experimenting with unusual ingredients will influence each dish, making it a truly unique dining experience.
