We are pleased to announce that we are now working with the London Fields’ PGI status fish curers and smokers SECRET SMOKEHOUSE.
Secret Smokehouse, the PGI* accredited fish-curers and smokers based in the East End of London, celebrates its third birthday this June. Founder Max Bergius made the journey from smoking fish in a self-made smokehouse in his garden shed in Stepney, to opening a smoking site under one of London Fields’ railway arches, such was the demand across London for his favoured smoked fish.
Secret Smokehouse produces, PGI status London Cure Smoked Salmon, oak smoked trout, haddock and kippers can be found in many of London’s finest establishments such as Tom Brown, Claude Bosi at Bibendum, Nathan Outlaw, Heston Blumenthal’s Fat Duck Group, Core by Clare Smyth, Wiltons on Jermyn Street and all of Ottolenghi’s restaurants.
